How Does Prayer Work?

I’ve been doing some contemplating and realized that the teaching I share with clients on what prayer is has had such a profound impact on my own transcendent journey that you might benefit from hearing it:

• All decisions are intentions.
• All intentions are prayers.
• All prayers get answered.

To Decide or Not to Decide

I apply this teaching in two different ways. First, if I want my pool of choices to continue expanding, I don’t come to a conclusion or make a decision. I just keep asking empowering questions like:

• What else is available to me?
• How can I expand on this?
• How can this circumstance improve? be more joyful? more lucrative?
• Is there anything else to take a look at?

The second way I apply the teaching is that when a possibility flows for me, I choose to have the experience. Then, just like the farmer who plants seeds and then goes about his/her business, I get on with life and watch Divine put together the people, timing, circumstances, energies, and resources. It’s really quite fascinating. As long as I don’t try to control the actualization of the experience, the experience comes to me.

Experiment with these applications and see your prayer muscle grow. When you get to this place of surety, you will know beyond a shadow of a doubt how very loved and supported you really are. I will continue to hold this reality in the light of love for you all.
